But still, I think this SHOULD be included in the dialog as well, because users (well, me) tend to expect all the formatting features be there, even if there are shortcuts like the context menu. Maybe a simple checkbox “Continue numbering from the previous numbered list” which by default would be unchecked? Also, I think it’s a bug that user-defined list styles have consecutive numbering by default.
