And I've had it happen using just the default settings of Times New Roman and Arial for Headings. Also, I was typing a clean, new document on my netbook (Win 7, LO 3.5.2), and the same thing happened on a different computer. So, there is definitely a bug. Now, I doubt it will be easy to find, as it's probably in Graphite2 (if I got the rendering library correct) or a memleak/garbage writer.
