When scrolling the text document down using the up and down keyboard button
(i.e. skipping the text lines up and down), the text lines offer appear broken
or scrambled: the text is either not completely visible or it appears double.
Please see the attached screenshot.
It kind of happens when a new line of text becomes visible at the top or bottom
of the text area.
Doesn't happen when scrolling the text with a mouse wheel.
Different zoom views also have an effect on this.
Possibly related to 58358?
