Sorry but I have to close this as INVALID because it's a litany of bugs in a
single report. We need one bug per bug report, without all the extra language,
to the point, enumerated, and most importantly, with simple sample files where
appropriate. Please separate these into multiple bug reports that meet these
criteria. Thanks
Lastly, as for "fixing it as soon as possible" we do not give ETAs and some
bugs can remain open for quite some period of time as it will only be fixed if
a volunteer finds it interesting enough to fix.
