Thumbnail views on backingwindow are clean. Any "Flicker" is gone--except for the still noticible redraw of the onmouseover background for the active thumbnail. As mouse cursor is repositioned, the tooltip is redrawn in a new location. That triggers a clear and apply of the onmouseover background.
