The save-button will be signed by a (green) star since LO 5.1.0.3. If the star
appears the content had been changed.
There has been added other save-functions in the context-menue of the button.
So it couldn't be greyed out.
For me it isn't a bug any more, because it shows there is something to save and
the button has been change for adding more functions in the context-menue.
Have tested this with a form. Saved the form by the button - works. No dialog
appears after saving the form and closing it. Green star appears on the
save-button of Base-main-window. here I could save the content, too.
All tested with LO 5.1.0.3, OpenSUSE 42.1 64bit rpm Linux.
