An exemple of a buggy file

Hello,

When I try to write a left-aligned fraction, the numerator
isn't centered above the denominator. When it's written "left-aligned",
I think that the equations must be like that:
23 > 2
=> 16 > 4
=> 1/123131321 < 4

I don't believe that left aligned must mean that the fraction 1/123131321 would
not be centered.

Thank you :)
I joined an example file to show the problem
