Hi, thanks for reporting. Notice that you are on a Windows and have OpenGL
rendering disabled. That is good.
Could you please paste the text from the Help -> About LibreOffice dialog.
Also, a few questions:
Which version of Windows OS?
What is the desktop screen resolution you are working with?
If you have more desktop available, are you able to drag larger the View
dialog?
Does that uncover the missing widgets in the View dialog?
