            Bug ID: 98850
Summary: typing apostrophe cannot permit to transform number in
                    text anymore
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 5.1.0.3 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: eric.cout...@gmail.com

Now, if I want to type '10/03/2016 (french date) to format the input like text,
it doesn't work anymore.
Instead, it insert typographic "opening" simple quote, like this: ‘ and permit
to close by typing apostrophe again, like this: ’
I think a lot of users prefer the old way !
Why not define the behavior with an option ?
