On the other hand I can make one for you (I suggest Alfresco 5.1) on ubuntu as a VM on our server. I think it's even better, because of access to all information about nodes using the node-browser, which you will probably not get an access on on-line demo and we can probably manage an access to logs in some way. The HW is so so but for testing it will be OK. For the first testing a default installation is enough. Later on, we can maybe prepare some special cases as well. Another way is to install it locally on your PC. The default is pretty easy and if you need a help, I can do it.
