In order to reproduce the bug:
[1] Start LibreOffice 5.1.0.
[2] Menu: Help > Check for Updates…: Display: “LibreOffice 5.1 is up to date.”
Hence the version 5.1.1 has already been published, I expect a message that a
newer version is available.
OS: Win7
By the way: Also the website page “Release Notes” has not been updated to the
version 5.1.1.
