When I open the document in Libreoffice shapes on the title page are completely
off and the "Harriman's" watermark has no transparency.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download the Document
2.Open in LibreOffice 5.1.2.2 (I haven't tested other versions)
3.Enjoy
Actual Results:  
Title Page wrong, No Transparency for Logo-Not sure if there is a way to work
around it.

Expected Results:  
Title page displayed correctly, text over logo easily readable.
