Workaround didn't work.  I selected the PDF "printer" and it did change to a
#11 envelope.  But when I go back to the correct printer it changes right back
to letter size (8-1/2 x 11).  

I have added a #11 envelope to the list of page sizes in the properties of the
printer itself (I did not even have to do this in order to print property with
Microsoft Word) but Libre still refuses to recognize it.

Believe me, I'm no fan of Word... but it looks like I'll have to rely on it for
sizes that Libre is prejudiced against.
