Bug #: 50435 Summary: EDITING: Flipping a rotated shape does not work correctly Classification: Unclassified Product: LibreOffice Version: LibO 3.5.2 Release Platform: Other OS/Version: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Status Whiteboard: BSA Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Presentation AssignedTo: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org ReportedBy: davidjudysm...@gmail.com Created attachment 62179 --> https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=62179 Presentation (one slide) that illustrates the incorrect flipping of a right triangle and a circle pie. Problem description: When a shape (ellipse, etc.) has been rotated, flipping it horizontally or vertically causes an incorrect change or no visible change. Steps to reproduce: 1. In a new presentation, select an asymmetric shape such as Circle Pie or Right Triangle and draw it on the slide. 2. Select the Rotate tool from the tool bar and rotate the shape enough to be visible. 3. With the shape selected, choose Flip > Horizontal from the right-mouse menu. Current behavior: It appears that the flip operation (mirroring X points for horizontal, mirroring Y points for vertical) is being applied to the UNROTATED shape, and then the result is rotated. This is not correct. Expected behavior: Points in the rotated shape should be flipped horizontally or vertically, so that a horizontal or vertical mirror-image of the original rotated shape is produced. Platform (if different from the browser): MS Windows 7 Pro, v6.1.7601 SP1, on Dell Inspiron 620 (Core i5-2320). Built-in Intel HD graphics.
