Please fully identify your Windows build, use command window or run box and
enter--"msinfo32.exe" Copy the OS details from the summary, and the Graphics
details from the display tab.
By default, .pdf should filter import into the Draw module.
So, please also check if with Draw open to a blank document, will using the
LibreOffice menu for File -> Open allow you to select a PDF and import into
Draw?
