When I first encountered the problem I was updating several spreadsheets to
consistent fonts. They had a mix of Arial, Courier New, Free Sans etc. I
upgraded each sheet to Liberation Sans or Liberation Mono. These changes hit
every cell in every sheet. This crash still occurs in both Wayland and X11.
The crash does not occur for a small volume of editing.
Libreoffice in X11 has some very long latency when clicking the mouse from cell
to cell. I'll followup with the gtk vs gtk3 test in my next post.
