The drag and drop slide order function has no effect. I cannot change the
slide order.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create multiple slides
2. try moving the order
3. watch it not work
Expected Results:
Allow you to change slide order just like most desktop publishing applications.
