Bug ID: 100778
Summary: [Autocorrect]Start with caps does not work if word
contains apostrophe
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 5.1.4.2 release
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Writer
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: rgb.m...@gmail.com
I discovered this by writing in Italian, but I think it is the same on any
language.
By default, autocorrect makes sure that any phrase starts with caps, changing
questo periodo
into
Questo periodo
But if the first word contains an apostrophe like
l'importanza di questo periodo
autocorrect fails, which is not desired. It should change the phrase into
L'importanza di questo periodo
