Ctrl+Arrow Up: Move cursor to beginning of the *previous* paragraph
Ctrl+Shift+Arrow Up: Select to beginning of paragraph. Next keystroke extends
selection to beginning of previous paragraph
I'm sorry to see this suggestion blown off. The above behavior of Ctrl+ArrowUp
is internally inconsistent, and IME contrary to accepted and best practice.
