I started preparing to create separate reports and investigated the existing
comment-related reports more closely. It turns out that all of the issues seem
to have existing reports.

This looks like a symptom of bug 73898.

This seems related to bug 98040. I would recommend joining the CC list of bug
98040 and tracking any future fixes.

This is bug 73287.

This, like the primary issue, looks like a manifestation of bug 73898.
Personally, I can't reproduce it. I would recommend joining the CC list.
