Please provide details of your Windows build, your Graphics card and driver
(run msinfo32.exe and look at the summary, and the components -> display
panels).
Also, copy text from the LibreOffice main menu Help -> About LibreOffice so we
know what build of LibreOffice you are having issues with.
Finally, if you see that LibreOffice is using OpenGL (the Renderer: string in
that about dialog will be GL) please disable OpenGL rendering for LibreOffice
from Tools -> Options -> View: checkbox "Use OpenGL for all rendering (on
restart)". Uncheck and close relaunch LibreOffice.
Retest the full screen mode toggle-- <Ctrl>+<Shift>+j
