I am on Arch Linux with GNOME 3.20.4 and using GNOME Shell under X.
I am using 5.2.0.4.
I attached a video showing the issue. I'll try some of the suggestions you
posted.
What do you mean clean profile? I make a new user on my laptop? got a command
handy to test that out?
not sure how to test an older release either hmm
