Problem description:
Toolbars have dead space above and below icons and text.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install on Windows XP SP2 (x64)
2. Open any LibreOffice Application
3. Toolbars will be about 60px in height while icons are only 25px in height.
Current behavior:
As step 3.
Expected behavior:
As when installed on Windows 7 SP1 (x64), toolbars have correct height.
Platform (if different from the browser):
Windows XP SP2 (x64)
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.2; Win64; x64; rv:12.1) Gecko/20120517
