The current UI for selecting time from a timer uses a time selection widget,
which is suitable for picking a specific time (it asks for hour 0-24, then
minutes), but not for picking a number of minutes.
Presentations tend to not last very long -- generally minutes and tens of
minutes. Rarely does a person go over one or two hours, so picking an hour on a
clock up front is both confusing and inappropriate (and adding AM and PM to
this makes no sense).
