https://twitter.com/katsuhirotani/status/777304306844217344

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In a cell, push down 'a' key, push Capslock, push down 'a'. Here, Calc has
displayed 'aA' as expected.
2. Push down '-' key.
3. Push down 'a' key.
Actual Results:
After the step 2, Calc displays 'Aa-' not 'aA-'
After the step 3, Capslock has been turned off and Calc displays 'Aa-a'

Expected Results:
The step 2 shows 'aA-'.
The step 3 shows 'aA-A' and keeps Capslock on.
