Thanks for the files! Now my question is, how did you export to PDF exactly?
(referring to this piece of sentence: "exported to a PDF using Foxit PDF
reader")
Source 2 seems to be a correct PDF export of source 1.
Note that source 3 is actually an ODT file with PDF extension.
