Let take ellipse for simplicity:
in 3.3.4 on Fedora it works with holding ALT (stretch simmetrically)
in 3.5.4 on Fedora not works. Alt enables "Snap to grid". May be it possible to
configure somewhere. Or it is unfinished functionality. Or regression.
in 3.5.2 on Windows not works. Alt does nothing
