Description:
Renaming slide master pages does not work correctly. Always results in garbage
names.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create empty impress presentation
2. View -> Slide Master
3. Right click on Default master page -> Rename Master
4. Enter new master name
5. Hover over master page and you will see the name name (e.g. "myNewMaster")
6. Save As .otp
7. Hover over master page and the name is now garbled (in my case
"Untitled%201")

Garbled master page name

Name I entered
Reproducible: Always
