Grid lines are different than border lines.
Border lines can be set up as you know for every cell,
but grid lines only can be set up to show all or not,
but not by cell.
There is an option about grid lines in Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice calc/View
- Visual aids, on how see them while working with the spreadsheet.
Adding your file deleting personal information.
Now without print grid enable, and with borders on table cells.
