(Not MS Visual Studio) The Redistributable Package is downloadable from here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555 This classes in the 2010 version should be compatible with 2008 version. And if they are not, then LibreOffice should not use a 4 year old product.
