Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); Calc: group

OS: KDE Neon User Edition 5.8 = KDE Plasma 5.8.4 on Ubuntu 16.04.1

        The currently active cell is indicated in the Name Box, F11 for
example.  However, there is no visual distinction between the current cell and
any other cell.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Start LibreOffice Calc
2.  Click a cell or navigate to a specific cell with arrow keys

Actual Results:  
There is no visual indication as to which cell is currently active.

Expected Results:
There should be a border drawn around the active cell as in LibreOffice 5.2.3.3
and earlier versons.
