            Bug ID: 104493
Summary: gtk3 freeze with any menu option
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 5.2.3.3 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: NetBSD
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: UI
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: pr...@cam.ac.uk

Critical for me, in that libreoffice is unusable. Special setup because I'm
using the latest-and-greatest release of gtk3?

This is a fresh build of 5.2.3.3 --enable-gtk3 (usually I use gtk2). I have gtk
3.22.4 installed.

soffice starts successfully. I can open a new document and write / edit.

Problems start as soon as I need to use something from a drop down menu.
Oddity: all menus appear greyed out (ie File Edit View etc are grey).
Clicking on File still brings down the menu.
Try open. This opens the file browser. Select file, OK. libreoffice opens a new
window, but doesn't redraw it.

In the terminal window:

soffice:5363): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_container_foreach: assertion
'GTK_IS_CONTAINER (container)' failed

End up with empty frame, which collects pixels from whatever windows are
dragged over it. At this point the original untitled document window is also
not redrawn. The only thing one can do is ctrl-C in the terminal window.
