Description:
Hi, I have a similair and maybe related problem with pre-generated files and
sum or multiplication with percentage.
When opening the file it doesnt show the calculation.
Works when I use CTRL+SHFIT+F9 but if I close the file and then open it again
it shows 0 again.
Similiar behavior if one opens the sheet in microsoft office excel, as it opens
it locked, but when going to edit mode it show correct sum\multiplication, and
when reopening in ms excel it shows the correct numbers.
Was going to put it togheter with bug: Bug 101694 - Formula displays wrong
number
but it seems he has problem with using CTRL+SHIFT+F9
Happens in ubuntu and tested it in a windows machine aswell:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Generate a xlsx-file with phpoffice/phpexcel(latest) in ubuntu, so it is
hard to do a pre-genereted file.
Actual Results:
When opening column G and H with formulas show 0.
And cell C21 and C22 shows 0.
Expected Results:
When opening column G and H with formulas should show correct calculations.
And cell C21 and C22 should shows correct calculations.
Reproducible: Always
