For what it's worth, I like the Regina's proposal; particularly the "Keep the
current "Header and Footer" dialog, but perhaps name it "Manage Field Areas"
and put it into the Slide menu or Format menu." would sort out the confusion
that was reported in this bug in the first place :-)
