The user profile is stored in
/Users/username/Library/Application Support/LibreOffice
Rename this to LO_Old (from the terminal, as indicated below, or else via the
Finder GUI):
mv /Users/username/Library/Application Support/LibreOffice
/Users/username/Library/Application Support/LO_Old
Restart LibreOffice - a new user profile will be created.
