Description:
Every time when leaving the settings "User Data" "General" or "Memory" 280kb
gets written. It doesn't matter if something changes or not.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Tools -> Options
2.Click "User Data" and switch a few times back and forward between for example
OpenCL
3. Take notice of disk I/O with Sysinternals Process Explorer
Actual Results:
Every time leaving the "User Data", "General' or "Memory" setting 280kb gets
written, even when nothing changes.
Expected Results:
Setting should be saved only when changing something
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
