Description:
When editing a text box, or any object (shortkey F2), the mouse cursor is
automatically activated, if it is placed over the form. If text is already
present in the object, the mouse starts selcting it automatically.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a square (or any other form) in Draw
2. Insert 3-4 lines of text in the square
3. Place your mouse over the text, without clicking
4. Use the shortkey F2 to edit the text

Actual Results:  
The mouse is automatically activated (it is selecting text), allthough I just
want to use my keyboard.

Expected Results:
The mouse is inactive.
