Ok, I repro with the Clipboard setting (right-click the clipboard icon in task
tray, settings, tick the box for synchronize..). Note that this setting is not
ON by default, so lowering severity.
It might be a KDE problem.. I should perhaps poke the Plasma devs. Setting to
NEW for now.
