Description:
When undoing adding a table into a single table cell, the single cell nearly
collapses

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open attached file
2. Insert a table (rows and cells don't matter) into the existing table cell
3. Undo it (pressing CTRL+Z)

Actual Results:  
The table cell will collapse and can't be accessed properly 

Expected Results:
The table cell should restore to it's original height


Reproducible: Always
