Let me just clarify this further.
2nd file opened above 1st file, and if I open 3rd file, it will open above 1st
and 2nd file. So basicly, LO is opening files in foreground, but just in
relation to other opened LO files.
What it is not doing is opening it in foreground in relation to all other
programs (windows explorer, thunderbird or any other mail client etc.).
