LLDB Backtrace, BUILDLOG, SAL_LOG
1. BT between adding an extension and license agreement using the extension
manager. Still a 10-15 sec delay remaining, but quite OK
2. BT after double clicking OXT extension in finder (still broken)

I build without using compiler plugins, it didn't work out of the box using the
pre-canned (LODE) setup.
