It's definitely a bug and should be fixed for two reasons:
First, we need gtk3 for wayland support
Second, "it works if you tweak it" still means that there is a bug as things
should work out of the box
Also, I'm going back on my comment that it works on X11, no, it's still bad on
X11 with gtk3.
