In that case, to easily test with a fresh version, install a daily build:
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-x86@42/current/
It will not overwrite your stable installation.
Make sure to enable OpenGL in it. If the problem is gone even with OGL, we can
close this as WORKSFORME.
