Bug ID: 106604
Summary: FILEOPEN VIEWING - Opened XLS-File is not displaying
superscript correctly
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 5.3.0.3 release
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Calc
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: nenad.ste...@gmail.com
Description:
an imported xls File is displaying supercripts as if they are part of the
baseline.
e.g.
instead of 8 with superscripts 1,2
Calc displays the value "812"
Which is *very* bad if you need the correct value for medical treatment.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
Go to http://eucast.org/clinical_breakpoints/
open
"Breakpoint table for bacteria"
use the link for the xls
to see the correct rendering you can use the pdf link
http://www.eucast.org/fileadmin/src/media/PDFs/EUCAST_files/Breakpoint_tables/v_7.1_Breakpoint_Tables.xls
(I will try to attach the file to the bug)
2.
go to e.g. Sheet "Enterobacteriaceae"
3.
e.g. Ampicillin-sulbactam should display 8 with superscripts 1,2
instead it looks like it has the value "812"
Actual Results:
812
Expected Results:
8 with superscript 1,2
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101
Firefox/52.0
