Update:
The origin of the wrong measurement "nTopOfAnch" is still unclear.
I can add a few observations: It has something to so with the footer. If I move
the textbox from the footer to the standard body of the document (but keep the
same position), the information will be stored in "document.xml" and instead of
"footer2.xml".
Then, everything is rendered correctly. So there has to be some error in the
footer offset.
