OK so you look to be on an old Intel GPU, which won't have OpenGL support in
LibreOffice.
IIUC DirectWrite on Windows 7 is flaky compared to its GDI based font
rendering, I think makes the glyphs look "scratchy" which can be seen comparing
the "Margini del Testo" entry on the View menu of the two samples (attachment
132368 and attachment 132369).
The effect is real, however this is not unexpected, and really can not be fixed
(it is a MS issue) fortunately the project does not do sub-pixel rendering
which would be more of a mess.
