Description:
While using notebookbar in writer and try to open existing .odt file to edit
the menu bar (File Edit View Insert..etc) is disabled.
Using Ubuntu 14.04.5.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open New Writer file
2.Go file,open,select existing .odt file
3.After file is opened menu bar disappear.
Actual Results:
File open to edit but menu bar is disabled
Expected Results:
File open to edit and menu bar is activated
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
