I think that as soon as someone starts the mailmerge-wizard, two things should
happen automatically:
1) show the mailmerge-toolbar and
2) show the correct OPEN datasource (View/Datasource) as soon as a datasource
has been selected for this document.
Also, when a mailmerge main document is reopened, these two things should
happen, again automatically.
As it is, users have to restart the mailmerge-wizard and go at least one step
and click "Finish", before the toolbar is shown.
Other than that, the new workflow is great!
