Summary: How to print a few non-contiguous pages from a
multi-pages document
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 5.3.2.2 release
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Documentation
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org

Description
- - - - - -
Let's say an user has a Some_Document.odt which has 10 pages: (s)he wants to
print only the pages 3, 4, 5 and 8. (S)he does not know how to do this, so
(s)he consults the local helpfiles with F1, under the term print. (S)he will
not find such information.
The correct answer is to enter
3-5,8
in the Pages input text box of the Common Print dialog window. I was able to
find this information at this page
https://ask.libreoffice.org/en/question/18355/print-a-specific-page-from-a-multi-page-document/
(look at the screenshot
https://ask.libreoffice.org/upfiles/1370030148857273.png
where the 1-3,6 is highlighted with a yellow background color.)
Actual results
- - - - - - - -
No available information on how to print a few non-contiguous pages from a
multi-pages document in local helpfiles.
Expected results
