Turn on the "Formatting marks" View -> Formatting marks, or <Ctrl>+F10 to see
the empty paragraphs.
For me in both 5.3.3.2 and 5.2.7.2 the third cell of the table used for the
Heading shows an empty paragraph entered in the template.
Remove that extra line, and the document's header matches your 5.2.7 clip. Did
the .odt template simply become corrupt gaining an extra line in that table
cell?
